Help Luca Access Gender-Affirming Surgery

Hi, I’m Luca – a transgender artist and filmmaker based in London.



This fundraiser is a step in affirming, protecting, and caring for the version of myself I’ve fought hard to become. I’m raising £9,700 for the first stage of my medical transition: gender-affirming facial surgery, plus a month of recovery when I won’t be able to work.



This isn’t about becoming someone new – it’s about coming home to myself.
In a time where trans lives are under attack, I’m choosing joy, strength, and visibility. This surgery is essential for my mental health, safety, and wellbeing.



After over three years on the NHS waitlist, I may still face up to four more. Your support would help me access this care now. If I exceed my goal, any extra funds will go toward further gender-affirming healthcare, including specialist hormone care abroad.
