Thank you for taking the time to look at my GoFundMe page.

On, 5/8, I was bouldering indoors and had a bad fall. I ended up fracturing my right tibia & fibula. I was rushed to the ER at St. Joseph’s in Orange, CA and was fitted for a splint.

I had ORIF (open reduction internal fixation) surgery on 5/14 where a rod was put into my tibia to stabilize it. My fibula was left as is. I am currently in a boot, am not allowed to bear weight, and have my next appointment with my ortho on 5/27 to remove my staples. I will post another update that day.

I thank God that my injury was not worse and that He has blessed me with the finances & relationships to weather through this recovery process.

For those of you who know me, you know that I like to take care and do things for others and have always felt uncomfortable receiving help. However, these past couple of weeks have forced me to have to rely on others for help and support.

Originally, I set out to cover all the medical costs on my own but have felt God convict me to allow this to be an opportunity to be served and blessed by others.

So far, I have spent about $2k in medical fees & equipment. This does not include the ambulance ride, the full cost of my surgery, or physical therapy.
