Help Lowell buy a handicap van! Lowell is a 85 year old Polio Survivor /Cancer Survivor who is the primary driver for himself and his wife. He is needing help raising funds to purchase a new van as his ramp on his van is broken and cannot be repaired. It is essential that a new van be purchases immediately as he cannot leave home without transportation. He has worked and lived a full life with one leg, until he became wheelchair bound.
