Hi everyone! It’s me, Silvia or as most of you know me, Lovely Silvia .

For the past year, I’ve been out here hustling! Selling my breakfast burritos and croissants straight from my car. From dealership lots to Home Depot parking spots, I’ve poured my whole heart into building something from nothing. What started as a little side hustle has turned into a dream that helps me support my family and inspire others to believe in themselves too.

Lately, so many of you have messaged me saying, “You need a food truck!” or “Please start a GoFundMe so we can help!” and honestly, it means so much.

I’ve always been the type to figure things out on my own, but this dream is bigger than me.

My goal is to finally get my own food truck so I can bring Lovely Silvia’s Kitchen to life, serve more people, have my own setup, and show my kids what happens when you don’t give up on your dreams.

The total cost to fully set up my food truck is around $35,000–$45,000, but my goal of $20,000 will help me secure the truck, permits, and basic setup to get started.

Every bit helps me move closer to that moment where I can finally cook and serve from my own little kitchen on wheels.
