Help Love Hawk Studio Recover from Theft

My small private studio (Love Hawk Studio) in Athens GA was broken into just after midnight on Saturday November 16th, and the thief stole all of my tattooing equipment, my camera, and other supplies. Sadly, I was mistaken about my insurance coverage and was not able to receive any compensation for this equipment or the repairs needed to my studio. It is difficult for me to ask for help, but this is a big loss for me and my family of 4 that I support. I have had to reschedule appointments until I can get replacement equipment and further secure the space. The theft is a violating experience and also humbling one to have to ask for help. This is a sacred space for me and I have worked very hard to care for it and make it a gentle and safe place for people to come get tattooed.

A police report has been filed and they have serial numbers for some of the major items taken, but we have very little camera footage of the thief and it looks like they were wearing gloves during the event so they were not able to obtain fingerprints. This was done by an individual with a plan and understanding of the space and was only there for around 15 minutes. I am reinforcing my door and adding cameras both inside and outside my space to prevent another break-in and loss of the replacement equipment. I also will be getting proper insurance coverage for the future.
