Hi, I’m Rebecca, and I’m starting LouLuna Rescue, a nonprofit dog rescue in Florida named in honor of two dogs who changed everything for me — Louie and Luna.

Our mission is simple:

Rescue. Rehabilitate. Rehome.

There are so many dogs in shelters right now who are:

Terrified

Overlooked

At risk of euthanasia

Surrendered due to housing or financial hardship

LouLuna Rescue will focus on pulling dogs from overcrowded shelters, getting them into foster homes, providing vet care, and finding loving forever families.

To launch, we need help covering:

State nonprofit filing fees

Veterinary exams and vaccinations

Microchips, food, crates, and supplies

Emergency medical care for at-risk dogs

Every dollar — seriously, every dollar — helps save a life.

Pull fees to get dogs out of kill shelters

Spay/neuter and vaccines

Flea/tick/heartworm prevention

Temporary boarding when fosters aren’t immediately available
