If you know Louis than you know he is one of the most kind hearted, loving, and caring people you will ever meet. He never ceases to put a smile on everyone's face and lights up any room he was in. On May 9th, 2021 at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront and was shot in the leg. He was sent into surgery and as a result of a loss of blood flow and oxygen, he will require his leg to be amputated ATK.
