Lou (Hank the Rescue’s dad) was rushed to the ER on Friday afternoon and admitted to the ICU where he remains in critical care. More details to come on his diagnosis once he gives consent for information to be shared, but we have started this page now to help raise money to cover EMS and hospital bills which will be adding up, along with allowing me (Sarah) the ability to take a leave of absence from work to become his primary caregiver on his long road to recovery.

Both myself and Lou are working class people (I am a teacher and Lou is a handyman), so money does not come easily to us when we are both unable to be at work full time.
