Hi, my name is Katelyn Guihot and I am raising money for my soul dog, Louie, to help fight for more years of his life.

Louie isn’t just a pet, he’s been my best friend, my protector, and my saving grace. I got Louie when I was 16, and he has been by my side through every hard chapter since. He has been there through every tear, every late-night breakdown, and every moment I didn’t think I could keep going. He truly saved my life more times than I can count.

Now, at 9 years old, Louie has been diagnosed with lymphoma cancer. Despite this, he’s still his sweet, loving, adventurous self—tail wagging, eyes full of life. I want to give him the same love and support he has always given me. I want to fight for him the way he has for me.

We have the opportunity to give him the best possible chance at more time through a specialised treatment plan. This path gives us hope that Louie could have years left, not just months.
