Hi, my name is LouAna Ocasio, and over the past year, I’ve achieved something I never thought possible—I lost 160 pounds through sheer determination, lifestyle changes, and a commitment to becoming healthier, both physically and mentally.

This transformation has changed my life in so many ways. I have more energy, more confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. However, one of the unexpected challenges after such a massive weight loss is the excess skin that remains. It not only affects my self-esteem but also causes physical discomfort, skin irritation, and limits my mobility and ability to fully enjoy the results of all my hard work.
