Help Lou get life saving surgery

My name is Whitney, I am trying to raise money for my dog and best friend Lou. Yesterday I noticed she was vomiting and not acting like her self so I started feeling around her stomach and while doing that an infection became open and started to discharge severely from her private area. She was rushed to an emergency animal hospital last night and diagnosed with Pyometra. Pyometra is an infection that occurs in the uterus after they’ve gone through a heat cycle. If the infection gets into her blood, it can be fatal. Unfortunately antibiotics don’t fully solve this infection. It requires a surgery similar to spaying where they will remove her uterus and the infected discharge before it’s able to get into her bloodstream (essentially a full hysterectomy). However, if I am able to get her into surgery immediately her chances are much higher. I’m trying to raise the money as quickly as possible to cover the vet bills since they require payment at the time of surgery. Anything at all would be helpful and I would be so grateful. She is my best friend and the love of my life. I would be lost with out her. I ask that if you cannot donate this that you please share it so as many people as possible can see it.
