My name is Lourdes Escobar, but most people call me Lou. I’m 16 years old, and I’ve just finished writing my first feature film.

Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve wanted to make movies. At age 11, I wrote the script for a series in Colombia titled Mi Mundo Interior, San Andrés.

This film is a Phycological Thriller, the video pitch was made with Sora AI to be able to share the feeling we are trying to go for, with real actors when it's time to shoot.

When a 16-year-old girl moves to her late great-grandmother's small town and befriends two local skateboarders, their search for a missing bully leads her to discover that her loving father, the person she trusted most, is a serial kidnapper who believes he's reforming bad people.

The project is already well into development. We have a completed script, a set budget, some actors, crew members, some equipment, a casting call website, a call sheet, and a clear production plan. We are aiming to shoot in Summer 2026.

However, to bring this film fully to life, we still need support for things like additional equipment, food for cast and crew, locations, and other production essentials. That’s where your help can make a real difference.
