Help Support Lou Carfino After Two Life-Changing Strokes
In 2020, our dear friend Lou suffered a devastating stroke that left the right side of his body paralyzed. A once vibrant, active, and self-employed realtor, he faced this challenge with courage and began the long road of recovery through physical therapy and was making amazing progress.
Then, in August 2022, tragedy struck again — Lou suffered a second stroke, leaving him completely paralyzed and without speech. Since then, he has been unable to work and is fully dependent on his spouse and caregivers for all of his daily needs.
Despite these unimaginable hardships, Lou has continued to fight with strength and resilience, participating in physical therapy and doing everything he can to maintain his quality of life. But the financial burden has become overwhelming. As a self-employed professional, he had no long-term disability benefits or safety net to fall back on.
Now, he and his loving spouse Frank are struggling to keep up with the basic costs of living — from medical expenses and equipment to daily care and bills. They’ve exhausted their savings and are coming to a critical point.
We’re asking for your help. Your donation — no matter the size — will make a real difference. It will help cover vital medical expenses, home care support, therapy, and household costs while giving Lou and his family some peace of mind during this incredibly difficult time.
Please share this campaign and consider donating if you can. Let’s surround Lou and Frank with the support, love, and hope they deserve while he continues his road to recovery.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
