Help Lorre and Her Dogs Find a Safe Home

Donation protected
My name is Lorre and I lost my home to foreclosure after my disability was denied even though both legs/feet were numb and I was healing from shoulder surgery. Because of that, I am literally homeless now. I currently live in a city-provided homeless encampment with my 2 dogs. Recently, my Belgian Malinois (German Shepherd) and I were viciously attacked (requiring stitches) inside our tent by a pitbull allowed to roam freely. I am asking for donations in order to get out of this encampment and into a place of my own with a real door and real walls. I can't rent because of the breed of my dog and he's family, so I'm not getting rid of him!!

I have found a few small fixer-upper cabins in very rural areas that are $45,000 - $75,000. I no longer have the credit to qualify for a traditional loan since Social Security caused my foreclosure, so I'm seeking owner financing options. The monthly payment would be about $500 + $100 for Internet (satellite being the only option) so I can hopefully work remotely in order to get some sort of income + $50 for necessary items not covered by food stamps (toilet paper, shampoo, dish soap).

I applied for disability (again) and have been checking the status for 8 months only to be told the other day that now they can't find a pending application for me, so I will have to reapply and the soonest they are able to assist me is September 12. It takes 230 workdays to get an answer from them on my disability application. That's why I'm asking for approximately 8 months' worth of expenses.

I don't have a vehicle, but I'm hoping to meet a nice neighbor (hopefully there will be someone around) that will help me get groceries and give me a ride into town if I need it because these are not close to any towns.

I know this doesn't sound like a complete list of expenses, but I have been living on the street and only recently was granted a tent in the homeless encampment. Either way, I have been living with no electricity, no running water, no television, no laundry facilities, no stove, oven, climate control, no walls, roof, doors, floor, or any way to lock me and my dogs in a safe place, so a single room shack with a fence around it sounds like paradise. Especially if it is something that I am working towards owning.
