My name is Lorraine Morales Sr.

I am a 29-year-old single mother, a full-time college student at SNHU online, and I was working 2 part-time jobs until recently. I hate to ask anyone for help especially financially but I am starting to become very scared not only about my health but for my finances as well. I am creating this to reach out to any and everyone who may help however they can... or sending what they may be able to..
I have had one of the roughest weeks of my entire life, and I have been a single mother for 6 years so that's saying a lot! On Tuesday the 11th I was picked up by ambulance at about 1am, because I had been vomiting uncontrollably for the past two hours straight. I was in an intense amount of pain, and I was sweating profusely. When I got to the Emergency room, they took my temperature and found I had acute hyperthermia at that point. The hyperthermia took over my body for close to 6 hours, even after having heated blankets and warm IV liquids injected into my body. During this time, I was admitted to the ICU. The ICU did not want to discharge me, they wanted to keep me longer, but because I'm a single mother I was begging to be discharged regardless of how unwell I still felt. So, the doctor discharged me on Wednesday the 11th. I started throwing up again when I got home, but I am diagnosed with GERD so my fiancé' and I contributed it to that.
I was semi okay on Thursday but then started vomiting again Friday morning at 6AM. At 930AM an ambulance was called for me once again and I was in the ICU until Saturday morning. This time they would not discharge me because I was admitted with sepsis, testing positive for a rare bacteria growing in my blood stream. When it became clear the IV antibiotics were working, and then in turn the pill version of antibiotics, it was determined that I could go home even though the hospital still wanted to keep me. I had been begging to go home before I was even okay again. This has been so hard and terrifying. It's scary to think that I can't pay my over-due bills and that there's a bacteria growing inside of my blood.

I have NEVER been behind on my bills in my adult life and now I am about 2 months behind on everything and with my phone already shut off on me the thought of more being shut off scares me as much as the sepsis.

Please if anyone can help even with just like 20$

. I hate to ask. But sometimes you need to ask for help.
