This GoFundMe campaign is for our dear friend, Lorna Baxter.

Since the first metastatic cancer surgery in 2019 on her neck, it was found recently in 2025, that the main body of cancer was located in the small intestine. There are two additional metastatic tumors in the liver, as well as non-cancerous tumors on the adrenal glands. Lorna is preparing to have invasive surgery March for her intestines and liver.

Unfortunately, this month (December 2025), she had a sudden heart attack and was hospitalized. She is recuperating at home and preparing for the upcoming surgery. During these two months of recovery, she will lose her part-time job income and performance jobs. After the March surgery, she will need assistive devices to help with her daily activities at home. With a 2-month income loss and recovery/safety equipment needs, this campaign hopes to raise $3,500.

She would be so grateful for any donations or emotional support during this challenging time. Her positive attitude with surgical prep and setting her home up for recovery shows how much Lorna is driven to take charge of her life, independence, and health. We all wish her love and strength as we make this journey to wellness with her.
