Hi, my name is Nicole, and I’m raising funds on behalf of my dear friend, Lori Giustino who recently suffered a sudden and devastating stroke at just 40 years old. On August 28th, I made the choice to do a wellness check as I hadn’t heard from Lori in a few days. My gut told me something was wrong and I was right. Police and Fire department were able to gain access to her apartment and found her on the floor barely hanging on. If not for my intuition Lori would not be here today.

This life-altering event has left her facing significant physical and financial challenges. She is currently undergoing intensive medical treatment and rehabilitation, with a long road to recovery ahead. While we are grateful that she survived, the stroke has had a major impact on her ability to work, move independently, and handle daily life.

The reality is, recovery from a stroke isn’t just about healing—it’s about surviving financially during an incredibly vulnerable time. The funds raised will go directly toward:

Lori is one of the most kind, generous, and hardworking people I know. She is a strong dedicated nurse and friend.
