Help Lori overcome loss of work

Dear friends, family, and kind strangers,

I’m reaching out today my dear friend Lori is going through an incredibly difficult time and needs our support. Lori worked for a medical facility as a Director of Human Resources until March 2025. Due to circumstances outside of her control, she has found herself separated from employment and has been unable to gain employment as of now. Lori is a single mother to four kids. Her youngest is coming on his senior year, her youngest daughter is a full time student, and her other children work to try to assist her in any way they can.

This is a tough time for them, and they could really use the help to get through it. As the cost of life in general increases daily, she has become behind in everyday bills and groceries and needs assistance to become current while she is still applying to hundreds of jobs that have yet to be fruitful.

While some of her children are over 18, all her children do reside with her. She has tried her best to assist them in providing while they work on their ambitions in life as most parents would. However, it has become dire and she is unable to provide for herself, or her kids, at this time due to the inability to find proper employment at this time.

As all who know Lori, they know she is very private. She absolutely hates having to ask for help. However, she will do whatever possible to be able to care for herself, and most important to her, her kids, who are her entire world.

She has been a pilar of the Port St Lucie High School Band for close to a decade as one of the most dedicated and selfless Band Mom's that answers the call when assistance is needed. She has been an integral part of this organization, she is lovingly revered as Mama Lori and these kids, every single year, look to her with love, admiration, respect, and as a mentor.
