Help Loretta Secure Legal Support

I'm sure most of you who see this will know me already. I am Jennifer. My sister Loretta needs some help right now. A little bit of backstory. Her husband had a mental break and has been verbally abusing her for several weeks now. He was picked up at one point and evaluated. They gave him some meds and sent him home. A few days after being home he decided he didn't need the meds or the therapy because there's nothing wrong with him(He believes he is King James, you know, from the bible...) Anyhow, he freaked out the other day, she called the cops, he played victim, the cop told her if she couldn't stay there peacefully SHE could leave. Basically, they won't do anything unless he physically abuses her. She needs this money for a lawyer and likely a new car. Please do not share this publicly, we will pass it through messages. She does not want him knowing just yet about the lawyer.
