Help Lorenzo: Health and Housing Crisis

Lorenzo is a struggling musician (teacher and performer) whose life was devastated by health problems and family losses. Please help him get out of a catch 22 situation. He needs car insurance to earn money as an uber eats driver, but he can't earn the money to pay for it because he can't drive without car insurance. He also lives in his car and showers at truck stops and such, so this is a particularly dicey situation. Additionally, his health is deteriorating. He had open heart surgery a couple of years ago and has congestive heart failure. Since then, he's been trying to climb out of poverty and hasn't been able to. Please help him out. If he can get enough money to break the cycle, he can get his life in order. But our society doesn't make it easy to do that.
