HELP LORENA V. TURNER FIGHTING CANCER
I am starting this GoFundMe page for a wonderful family in El Paso, Texas. Lorena and Robert Turner have been married for 19 years and they have two wonderful teenage children.
On September 27, 2018, Lorena received some terrible news from her doctor. She was told she had Stage III breast cancer. After finding out this terrible news, Lorena began 4 rounds of super strong Chemotherapy known or called “RED DEVIL” plus 12 rounds of “Taxol Chemotherapy”. On April 23, 2019 approximately 20 days after completing her Chemotherapy, Lorena was given more bad news by her doctor and that news was she has to have a “Radical Modified Mastectomy”. Following the Mastectomy Lorena doctors thought all the cancer was removed, but 4 weeks later the cancer returned.
Lorena was then told she will require 33 sessions of radiation. Two and half weeks, upon completion of her 33 sessions of radiation, Lorena was notified of another localized reoccurrence of cancer.
Lorena is now enduring 25 more sessions of radiation and on top of that she is taking Chemotherapy pills. Lorena is also suffering from fluid buildup around her lungs (due to the radiation treatment) and can hardly get around.
Lorena has been out of work and the medical bills are piling up, even with medical insurance. This is a wonderful family, that sure could use our help. I would love if you all could do 3 things for the family.
