Hi everyone!

Im Loralei, as many of you know I am very excited to announce that I have decided to take a gap year from college to do about 9 months of mission work and schooling through YWAM, (Youth With A Mission) in Byron Bay Australia!!

I will leave September 2025, and return around May of 2026. During this time, for the first 3-months I will be in discipleship trainings school (DTS). This will be focused on missions training, spiritual growth, community, local outreach, and

personal discipleship. After that I will head overseas for outreach missions. They've gone to so many different countries, such as Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, India, Thailand, and Ethiopia!

While in our outreach, we will be serving their needs, spreading the gospel, sharing our faith and connecting with diverse cultures. After that I have decided to also stay and attend their BST (Bible School Training) where I will spend 3-months diving deep into the Bible and reading it all the way through and growing further in my faith through understanding His word. I truly believe that this is Gods calling for me in this season of life and I could not be more blessed for this opportunity.

I'd absolutely love if you could pray for me and my upcoming journey with YWAM! Pray for the group I will be traveling with, learning with, and growing with. Pray that Jesus can move in the ways that we all know he is capable of and allow us to fully surrender to him and work fully through him to bring those who may not know the love he has for them to them.

The cost of all of this will be about $12,000. This would include flights, schooling, housing, missions, Visa, passports, and any cost for while I'm there! I plan on using all of my graduation money, and also the money that I will make up till September by working to pay for this trip. I have just about half of it saved already from graduation donations, and gifts which I can not express my gratitude to those who have already been such an incredible help! Not only that but have been putting aside money from my personal savings. If you feel called to give and would like to partner with me in this journey I would very much appreciate it, it would mean the world to me and more!! But prayers are just as important and impactful so I am asking for more of those than anything.
