Hi there, my name is Mariah Vallin. Earlier today, my dog got ran over by a guy in a RAM. Our other dog who is safe, broke our

fence and Looney ran out. I heard the impact happen and ran out. The man almost ran me over as well. He got out the car and yelled at me for letting it happen. She now has multiple pelvis fractures and a broken leg. She needs surgery or she’ll be put down without proper care. Anything helps, thanks.
