Help Looiy Find Peace from His Pain

This is Looiy. He is a 13 1/2-year-old Pug. Within the past year, he has been having seizures on and off. We brought him to the vet a year ago, and the vet said there could be a mass in his brain as well as some kind of mass in his stomach. As the year has gone by, Looiy's seizures have gotten worse and worse, and his pain has gotten worse.

He currently goes into what I call a "seizure phase," in which seizures last a few days. After the seizures, he goes into a "falling over" phase where he just falls over, then to a playful stage, and back to his stage where he sleeps most of the day, is more in a daze, and doesn't really know what's going on. Looiy is both deaf and blind and has lost almost all his teeth. His seizures are getting worse and worse. I believe some of those seizures, if not half of them, are heart attacks. He is currently in so much pain that he sits there most of the day crying and howling.

He's in a lot of pain and ALL vets and hospitals I have called and told about him want money in hand before they will end his suffering. All the vets care about is money, so Looiy has to suffer. We love Looiy with all our hearts, but it hurts to see him in so much pain. We want to euthanize him so he does not suffer anymore. The funds made will go directly to the Euthanization and after care for Looiy.
