Help Longlevens AFC Get a New Mower!

After 10 years of loyal service, the old mower at Longlevens Football Club is on its last legs – it’s mowed for the final time.......! Now we’re reaching out to our brilliant community of supporters to help us raise funds for a much-needed upgrade.

Our first team/under 18s pitch at Saw Mills End has seen hundreds of hours of grassroots football – from Saturday matches to midweek training, FA Cup & FA Vase fixtures and local cup finals – whilst keeping the pitch in great condition is vital for every player, young and old.

We’re raising funds to invest in a new tractor mower that will not only be safer, but also more time-efficient and cost-effective. This upgrade will give us the tools to provide a better-quality playing surface, benefiting players the whole club.

Our pitches are lovingly maintained by a dedicated team of volunteers who give up their time to care for the ground. With the right equipment, they can do an even better job — helping us keep the surface safe, consistent, and game-ready all season long.

A new mower will help us keep the grass in top shape, ensuring a safe, professional-quality surface for all our teams. Every donation, big or small, will make a huge difference.
