Help lola to walk again

Im not really good at this. But few days ago our dog lola start with a respiratoy problem. now her back legs is not responding she can't walk. Her back legs are paralyzed She needs surgery and it's over our budget any help will help... Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
No soy muy bueno en esto. Pero hace unos días nuestra perra lola comenzó con un problema respiratorio. ahora sus patas traseras no responden, no puede caminar. Tiene las patas traseras paralizadas.
