Lola has been a part of our family for six years, and she’s been with my youngest son his whole life. She’s the sweetest, most loving dog, and everyone who meets her instantly falls in love. We can’t imagine life without her, and we’re doing everything we can to help her through this difficult time.
Recently, Lola started having trouble with constipation, vomiting, and was unable to urinate. After rushing her to two different vets, we learned she has a large fluid-filled mass near her bladder. The only way to properly diagnose the issue is through exploratory surgery, and the surgery to remove the mass is significant. I have limited funds and want to ensure I can cover the full procedure before moving forward, as it’s the only way to give Lola a real chance.
I’ve been in tears all day thinking about life without Lola. I can’t imagine another run to Dunkin’ Donuts without her by my side getting a puppuccino, or taking my kids for bike rides and having her ride beside me on my rollerblades. Christmas morning wouldn’t be the same without her opening gifts with the kids. She once saved my life at a laundromat from a man with ill intentions, and now all I want to do is save hers, but I feel so helpless.
The funds raised will go directly toward Lola’s surgery and recovery. This is a time-sensitive situation because the mass is preventing her from using the bathroom and seriously affecting her health. Any help means the world to us and gives Lola a chance to recover and stay with our family. Thank you so much for your support.
