Our living room is raised, and when our son was born, we put up a half wall to keep him safe as well as a baby gate. Our loving, sweet dog Loki decided to jump that wall today, which resulted in 4 broken bones in his front right paw and a broken radius in his front left arm. We took him to the on-call vet, where he got splints on both front legs and is spending the evening.

Tomorrow, he’ll be referred to Red River Emergency in Fargo for a CT scan and possible surgery.

The on-call exam and CT alone will be almost $2000, and if he needs surgery, we could be looking at another $8-10k. Any help is appreciated.
