Loki is a fun-loving male standard poodle who has always loved going on adventures. Recently, while his owner was at work, Loki and his canine friend managed to jump their enclosure and explore the neighborhood. Unfortunately, during their adventure, Loki was shot while chasing chickens. It’s likely that he just wanted to play, but the situation quickly turned tragic. Loki’s friend did not make it back home due to injuries from the gunshots, and Loki himself was left in terrible shape.

Loki is now at Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital in Manchester, KY, where he needs surgery to amputate his right front leg. The funds raised will go directly toward covering the cost of his surgery and ongoing medical care, giving him the best chance at recovery and a happy, healthy future.
