Help Loki Overcome Heart Failure

We need to raise $14,000 for my cat Loki's vet bills and surgery. He had gone in for a possible UTI and went into heart failure. Will need help to fund this to get him out of the hospital. He's 3 years old right now and I'd like him to come home feeling better and play with my other cat, his brother Theo, who misses him very much. Please help with whatever you can.
