Help Loki have his eyes removed

my name is Loki. I have extremely bad glaucoma and can’t see a thing. My Eye disease is very painful, And my parents can’t afford to have my eyes removed which will cause me less pain. I was a rescue at Austin animal center and they didnt see that I was perfectly healthy with this condition but because of my pain my quality of life has depleted. To almost none. So please help me?

To specify this is for the eye surgery for both eyes, medications, follow up appointments, and incase anything goes wrong.
