My name is Sarah Harkness and I am a teacher in Boston. I am raising funds for Lojain Raeda and her family who live in Gaza. Lojain is only 14 years old and doing everything she can to help support her mother, father, sister (17), and brother (12). Lojain and I met on Instagram and she has sent me many pictures and videos or her life in Gaza. "Our family's situation is very difficult. We are a simple family, displaced for years. Our lives are unstable, sometimes in homes that are threatened and sometimes we don't find shelter. Our children are growing up in these difficult circumstances, without safety or stability. Every day we go through more difficult circumstances than the day before."
