Hi, my name is Lois, need eye surgery and my copay is $600. I unfortunately don’t have that kind of money. If you can help it would be appreciated. I work at Walmart and I work hard every day. I just need a little help. My vision is starting to affect my ability to be able to drive to and from work, and every day of life any help you could give would be much appreciated.
