Last night, while we were walking at the Mission Rose Garden, an off-leash dog suddenly attacked Logan, shaking him violently by the neck. The other dog's owner has refused to take responsibility, leaving us to face the aftermath alone.

Logan had to undergo emergency surgery right away. He suffered a punctured ear and a two-inch gash on his neck, and it was heartbreaking to see him in so much pain.
