Help Logan Recover After Accident and Tornado
Donation protected
My son Logan had been restoring a 1941 Ford Pick Up Truck, which was giving him so much joy. Unfortunately the throttle stuck on April 9, 2025 and he was severely injured in an accident. He suffered a traumatic brain injury, broken ribs and two fractured vertebrae. He is being treated at Sheperd Center in Atlanta, which has been a godsend. Logan has always helped others in need and now he is the one that could use some help. As a teen he made up meals from our family dinners for his less fortunate buddies. He is a loving father, brother, and son. His bills are piling up. As a result of changing jobs just before the accident, he has expensive COBRA insurance. I just retired in 2024, and as a retired teacher, my check doesn’t go far.
Making matters worse, during his first week of rehabilitation, his home was almost destroyed by a tornado. He also lost his magnificent magnolia tree, which also destroyed the fence for his beloved dogs.
Logan is gaining his strength and memory rapidly. When he leaves treatment in Atlanta, he will be coming home with me to continue his recovery. That gives us time to get his home back in order. He is the kind of person that would never ask for help, but is the first to offer it. Please help this young man get back on his feet. His bills are not stopping, his child still needs his daddy's financial support, his fur babies need to be taken care of, and now his home needs repairing. Thank you for any donation possible.
