Logan Gorsuch is an upstanding leader, brother, son, and father. He is an active duty Army officer and graduate of West Point who has deployed twice. He has lead a platoon of Abrams tanks, and a combined arms scout platoon in the 4th infantry division. He’s currently in the 10th mountain division in NY and cannot be with his daughter in WI due to the current situation.

Our family desperately needs help paying for Logan’s divorce lawyer. His ex wife has made several unsubstantiated and graphic claims with three Wisconsin counties and with the federal government that Logan abused their 6 year old daughter. This has significantly drug out the legal process for what will be more than three years come the next trial date. Despite the court ordering that Logan have sole custody and placement, and ordering only limited supervised placement between his ex wife and daughter, she is continuing to petition for sole custody and refuses to admit that the allegations are unfounded. This has cost his extended family, including his ex wife’s family (who has been helping him fight these allegations), around $150,000. The end is still a ways away, with the next three days of trial scheduled in November.

We need the money to continue to fight because, if his ex ends up with custody, his daughter will likely no longer have any contact with Logan, his family, or even his ex’s family. His daughter has truly flourished since having primary placement with Logan, and she now has contact with both sides of her family, who love her so deeply, and who she wouldn’t have been able to have relationships with had she been left in the care of her mother.
