Help Logan After House Fire

Logan Middleton and I moved to Portland together 15 years ago this week. She graduated from Lewis and Clark College with her Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and has worked as a teacher for Portland Public School District ever since. She bought her own home in 2007. 

Over the weekend, Logan experienced a house fire. She and her fur babies are safe but Logan has lost almost everything else inside to damage and smoke. They don’t yet know the extent of damage to the house or how long it will take until she can return home. She has no clothes and all of her furniture will need to be replaced. Logan has a long road ahead and my hope is that we can all come together to lift the financial burden off her shoulders. Those who know Logan, know accepting this kind of help is not easy.
