This is Marc (Scramblelock) and I’m raising funds (secretly!) for a fellow locker and friend in need: Lock Julia.

She came to Canada several years ago and has done so much for the Locking scene in Toronto, but now she needs our help. Last summer she was denied re-entry into Canada after travelling with her group, Funkyverse, to represent in an international dance competition. Since that time she has been in Mexico trying to get her visa approved to return to Canada. Her most recent application was rejected and is trying once more to apply.

This is not an affordable undertaking. I’m hoping some of us in the scene can help her with the necessary lawyer and administration fees to get her visa approved.

Now she doesn't know I'm doing this and I guess she doesn't want people to know, especially her crew and team mates (most likely because its super stressful and because she doesn't want them to lose morale before their next upcoming TV show) so I'm asking you all to please keep this secret.

Julia is a wonderful person with a big heart and I know it would mean a lot to her if she can get back to Canada soon.
