My father was taken by ICE today, 10/14/25, at 12:40 pm. They pulled him over based on his appearance (racially profiling) on Jefferson St. in downtown Hillsboro. They detained him and took him into custody without a warrant. We have not been successful in locating him thus far. Our family is devastated as my father had just fractured his foot a couple of days ago and he cannot walk properly. We are worried for his safety and his health. We are starting this GoFundMe to help with his immigration fees. If you have the means, please, anything helps.

Update: Victor is being held in the Tacoma Washington detention facility. We are seeking help from multiple attorneys in order to have him released. We have spoken to him over the phone as he awaits a trial. Thank you all for your support and time. It means the world to us.
