Hi everyone! Due the government shutdown many families in our community have lost food stamps. This is a tragic time for the children and whose families rely on food stamps to feed them.

I’ve set a goal for us to raise money to buy Winn Dixie and Rouses gift cards we can distribute to our local families before Thanksgiving so everyone can have a wonderful holiday.

$1 is all it takes to help. We will take anything we can get!

I’ve worked in the local school system here in New Orleans and have the ability to connect with the school counselors who will distribute the food and money out.

I am so thankful for anything who can donate or share thank you so much for all your help.
