A little about me…

Writing, singing, performing, music has been my true love since I can remember. I started performing at school talent shows/summer camp in small town Central Maine at the age of 11. As time progressed, music and performing has become my sole source of income and livelihood, full time since 2015 when I was living in Los Angeles, making my living with nothing but my guitar and an open case in train stations, Hollywood Blvd or the Santa Monica Pier.

You could say I am one of the lucky individuals who gets to do what they love to do for a living. But the plans and dreams I have are much bigger than where I’m at right now and I am asking for your help to make my dreams a reality!

So Here’s The Plan:

As a Musician this day in age, everybody and their cousin knows you are nothing without Followers/Views/Likes. And what is the best way in 2023 to reach the ears/eyes of the masses? CONTENT. Mainly VIDEO CONTENT. It is as simple as that. Music Videos, Youtube, Tiktok etc. And the way I see it, I can keep playing at every single bar in the state for the rest of my life and never be heard, or I can start putting these tools to use and focus on reaching the larger audience I want across the globe.

It’s time for more Videos and Reels. More song releases and MUSIC VIDEOS. Establishing myself as an online “Creator” or “Influencer”.

I have always been confident that I have what it takes to become next level, it’s just been a matter of putting it all together.

This is me asking you now, help me put it together.

So here’s where you come in:

Over the past year I am proud to say I have recorded and released 2 songs completely on my own out of my own pocket. But trying to create these songs for you and also save money to buy a home for my fiancé and 4 yr old son in todays economic situation, it has been beyond a struggle to do both. The true feeling of always getting 2 steps forward just to take 1 back…

Now 2 songs, that may not seem like a lot to some of you but trust me, if you only knew how much goes into the production/creation of 1 song…

(Hopefully you can see where 1 working-class guy with a dream could use a little help )

MY GOAL:

a. Record and release a 10+ Track Album on all platforms

b. Shoot pro Music Videos with Violette Media to go along with some of the tracks

c. Use them both to help build my online following virally in 2023

I am currently hard at work currently tracking vocals for my next single “Up & Down” right now, with another one lined up right after that.

So far I haven’t asked anyone for a dime. I’ve put in the time and money myself (somewhere in the $3-4k range). I am here today asking for your help to not only continue doing what I do, but to help me take this to the next level. Making this all work takes everything I have, and when you are saving every penny you can to buy a home for your family, it gets pretty tough and some days I don’t know how I’ll ever manage both…

The whole reason for this Gofundme to begin with, is I came to the conclusion that if I was to have some kind of help with the music side of things, it would eliminate a lot of the stress of trying to juggle both at the same time. I don’t have any big investors or rich friends to ask to sponsor me so I’m asking you… If you have the means, and my music has meant something to you over the years, your donations could help me get done in 1 year what it would take me 10 to do on my own.

If you know of any investors or people who might be interested in taking a chance on a guy like me and hearing what I can come up with in the studio. Anything. Your help could be the difference to help shoot me to the stars and put Maine on the map once and for all!

I believe with all my being that the music inside me is just waiting to put the world on notice… help me get it out… with your help we can really do this if we believe!!!!

Target $2000

Right now expenses run about $1000/song and around another $1000/music video. I wasn’t really sure the best number to set the target goal so I am setting it at $2000 which should be enough to fund production of my next song and music video!

So I think that is about it, this is my story. In no way am I looking for a handout, or using this as a grimy scam to get money out of my family and friends. I am thankful to God every day that while I’m certainly not rich and famous (yet) I am able to pay my bills. 100% honesty, this is about my music. Keeping it going and possibly helping to give it that spark I need to really do something with my talents like I have always dreamed of.
