I’m Kellie, and I’m raising funds to help my sweet Lizzie Marie have a large cancerous lump removed from her neck. I’m heartbroken—after recently saying goodbye to my Daisy May, I can’t bear the thought of losing Lizzie Marie too.

When Lizzie wasn’t acting like herself, we took her to our local vet. Blood tests hinted she might need an urgent transfusion, so we rushed to Adelaide’s SASH (Small Animal Specialist Hospital). Thankfully, a transfusion wasn’t necessary, but tests showed she has an auto-immune disease (IMHA), and we were referred to a specialist. That’s when they found a large lump in her neck. After a CT scan and biopsy, Lizzie was put on steroids. The biopsy confirmed it’s lymphoma, and the best option now is to remove the lump. Without surgery, we can’t get her IMHA under control.
