From Mexico to healing: supporting my sister’s cancer fight
Donation protected
Hello everyone, my name is Liz, and I’m humbly reaching out for your support during one of the hardest times my family has ever faced. My sister returned from Mexico in December to be with our family for the holidays, and it was then she discovered she has stomach cancer along with pleural fluid. Her doctors have informed us that she will need to remain on this intensive treatment for at least two years, making every step in this journey even more challenging.
Not only are her treatments and medications extremely expensive, but we’re also struggling with the additional burden of moving her belongings from Mexico. Her landlord is making this process very complicated and costly, and although our entire family is pitching in, the financial strain is overwhelming.
For her privacy and out of respect for her emotional well-being during this incredibly difficult time, we’ve chosen to cover her face in photos. Your support, whether through a contribution or by sharing our story, means more than words can express. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being part of her support system and helping us ease the burden of this challenging journey.
God bless you and your families
