Today, I am wheelchair-bound and facing the difficult reality of having to learn how to walk again. My doctors have made it clear that intensive rehabilitation is essential for my recovery. I previously attended a rehab facility, but despite my efforts, I was unable to regain my ability to walk, and I now require continued outpatient rehabilitation to give me a real chance at recovery.

Unfortunately, my insurance will only cover 80% of the cost, leaving me responsible for the remaining balance. The recommended facility provides physical therapy along with medical supervision, allowing me to safely receive medications and ongoing care while I work to rebuild my strength.
