As many of you know, Lizette suffered a massive seizure while undergoing testing for her life-saving transplant. The seizure caused her heart to stop — she coded and was rushed to the ICU, where she fought for her life for over a week.

By the grace of God, Lizette survived the ICU and is now back under the care of her transplant team, beginning her long road to recovery. Her strength and will to live are nothing short of miraculous — but the journey ahead is still long and costly.
