Hi, my name is Lizeth and I am a single mother caring for my four boys. My youngest has interstitial lung disease and needs oxygen for 18 hours each day, and has several visit to the hospital monthly which has made life incredibly challenging. Recently, we moved out of a shelter and into our own apartment, but with my baby being so sick, I haven’t been able to work.

The bills have piled up—medical expenses for my baby and my other children, late car payments, and the constant worry about keeping our new home. It’s been tough trying to manage everything on my own, but I am determined to give my boys a safe and stable life.
