Hi! My name is Chantal. Im 18 years old and I live in Latvia.

This fundraiser is for my cat Liza, who means the world to me. When she was just 1 month old, someone threw her out of a car near our neighbor’s house. We took her in, and from that day she became a part of my life.

Liza has always been closest to me. She follows me, sleeps near me, and purrs whenever I am by her side. She is not just a pet, she is my best friend and family.

Now Liza is 10 years old, and we have received heartbreaking news: she has kidney lymphoma, a tumor that has already grown very big. Even though she is sick, she is still fighting, she is trying to walk, tries to drink water, and finds strength to purr when I am near.

The doctors told us that with treatment and supportive therapy we can give her more time and make her life comfortable. But the costs are very high: diagnostics, hospital stays, medications, and possible chemotherapy. For me as a student, this is more than I can manage alone.

That is why I am asking for help. Every donation, no matter how small, will go directly towards Liza’s care and treatment, to give her a chance to stay with me longer.

Liza has been with me through my childhood and teenage years, and I can’t imagine life without her. Please help me give her more time and keep her close to me.
