Support Liz West’s Fight to Heal

On Christmas Eve, our beloved Liz West’s life changed in an instant. She was hospitalized with septic arthritis and a fracture in her lower lumbar spine, a serious and painful combination that has required intensive medical care. Liz is currently battling a severe infection, facing multiple surgeries, and will ultimately need rehabilitation to relearn how to walk.

For anyone who knows Liz, this is especially heartbreaking. She is a devoted grandmother, a loyal and caring friend, and someone who has always put others before herself. Liz has spent years helping those around her—cleaning homes for a living, supporting families, and showing up whenever someone needed a hand.

Now, Liz needs that same kindness returned. Because of her condition, she is unable to work, and her income has come to a sudden stop. Medical bills, rehabilitation costs, and basic monthly expenses are quickly adding up, creating an overwhelming burden during an already difficult recovery.
