Help Liz Madsen with emergency dental expenses

The last month has been very hard on my family medically, and I need help making our ends meet and paying for continuing medical care.

Just over a month ago, I had a sudden onset dental abcess that required immediate medical attention. I was able to get a root canal, which unfortunately failed, and then resulted in emergency oral surgery. The surgery was successful, but is only a stopgap measure and I still need to see a specialist to find the source of the problem to be sure it won't come back. I will likely need another root canal and crown at the very least.

At the same time, my mom took a very hard fall at work - hitting her head hard enough to be hospitalized over night and breaking her wrist and one of her front teeth. She is recovering well so far, but cannot work. We are hopeful that she will get compensated for this, but are still waiting & don't know how long that will take.

We've been able to pay for the emergency care we needed so far (over $3,000 for my dental work alone), but bills are piling up and I don't know how we will be able to pay them and get the medical care we need. I can't even make the appointment with the dental specialist that I need to see to find out what procedures need to be done. If there is any way you can help, it would be an absolute godsend!

Any money raised here will be used to pay for the dental specialist I need to see and towards the bills we weren't able to pay because of our medical emergencies. Once I can see the specialist, I will have a much better idea of how much more dental work I need, and I'll be sure to keep everyone up to date!
