Last summer, I had the privilege and honor of meeting an exceptional young leader: Liz Roberts.

Liz attended CPA HOBY 2024 as one of our ambassadors, and from the moment she arrived, she soaked up every ounce of what HOBY is about, leadership, service, connection, and stepping into your power.

She left seminar and started her own nonprofit, Inspiring Brushstrokes, to provide art supplies to children who need an outlet — something Liz knows the importance of firsthand.

Liz has experienced homelessness and abuse, yet she walks through the world with resilience, compassion, and a fire to make it better for others. Her story doesn’t just inspire, it empowers.

Now, Liz has the opportunity to take the next step in her leadership journey, by attending HOBY World Leadership Congress in Chicago — a life-changing week of leadership growth and global connection.

She deserves to be in that room.

She belongs in that room.
